Breakout session discussion is not feasible to have one statewide delivery service serving all libraries-need hybrid model regarding tiered models: consider tiering by activity/volume of materials? Is there data/evidence that more libraries [smaller academics, for example] would join LAND if cost dropped? Related to that, if lending to a non-LAND library, what are the delivery costs overall? don't lose site of home delivery-netflix model with UPS? May work for some but not all library types the top criteria for delivery may vary by library type: turn-around number one for academics; cost number one for publics reliability of courier and consistent arrival time is also an issue
