Review and approve revised Working Group Charges from December 2007 meeting

Everyone agreed that the charges were fine Original charges

1. Research the feasibility of and need for a statewide delivery system tool • Can we link to the delivery services already in place, do we revise or do we leave the service as is. 2. Inventory existing delivery services • Debbie will inquire with the 3R’s – what delivery services are in place now • Evelyn will inquire about out of state services – Ex. Moving Mountains 3. Examine issues of linking existing services together • Review once we know what services are that currently being used now.

2. A co-chair is still requested to serve along with Kathy Gundrum—would any of the members not present in December like to volunteer? • Anyone who is interested is to contact Kathy Gundrum directly 3. Action Items from December meeting:

a. Need for guiding principles for group? Volunteers b. Gathering feedback from users

i. Survey in conjunction with delivery group-Volunteers? • Each group member will submit one question and post it on Nylink Wiki- the Wiki information was sent to all members on 2/1/08 ii. Gathering feedback from end users-focus groups, etc.-Volunteers? • Ask if any library has surveyed their patrons on preferences for receiving material c. inventory of delivery mechanisms

4. Update on Nylink-hosted wiki progress • Kathy Gundrum sent out on 2/1/08 the wiki link http://nylink.org/nyrsswiki/ now http://nyrss.wetpaint.com/ 5. 2008 Resource Sharing Summit – suggestions for speakers and topics are being solicited from all members; a second volunteer from the delivery group is needed for the planning group.
